The Lauretum Inn and Chestertown are centrally located on the upper Eastern Shore of Maryland between Washington, Baltimore, Philadelphia, and Wilmington. The average drive time is an hour and a half from these metropolitan areas.

Directions: From Baltimore and Washington D.C.:

Take the Bay Bridge to the Eastern Shore. Follow Rt. 50 & 301 to the split. Continue north on Rt. 301 to Rt. 213 west through Centreville to Chestertown, past Washington College, left on Rt. 291 (1/4 mile), right on Rt. 20 south, Lauretum Inn is 300 yds on right.

Directions: From Wilmington/ Philadelphia/New York:

Follow I 95 south to Middletown/Newark exit, (last exit before toll), exit on Rt. 896 south to Middletown, over the C& D canal, continue south on Rt. 301 to the Maryland border, Exit Rt. 291 West to Chestertown. When 291 ends in Chestertown, turn right on Rt. 20 south, Lauretum Inn is 300 yards on the right just past Radcliffe Mill.
